The location was great and exceptionally nice, met pleasant staff with our request to use the breakfast area for a family gathering. The room we stayed in was new-fashioned and spotless with tea and coffee, as example. We didn't want to leave and would stay there again.

Breakfast was great, room was nice and location was convenient.
House keeping knocked obnoxiously despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door until my boyfriend woke up/i got out out of the shower. It was still 2 hours before check out...annoying!

Gym with exercise equipment was well-used, washer/dryer convenient, fridge and microwave in room. Staff cleaned off snow from car, breakfast had warm and cold options. Beds made with cute arrangements for kids' stuffed animals. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Ice scrapers provided at the door. Friendly and helpful staff, close to State Fair bus pick up, Walmart, shopping, and eating places. Clean and updated room, roomy bathroom. Good breakfast. Enjoyable stay.

Quiet hotel, conveinently located off the interstate. Food and shopping near by.
Not having a fridge was quite a downer. Filled the sink in the bathroom with ice and KCCO... oh wait, ice on the 1st floor only.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice.
The toilets clogged very easily and the toilet paper was very thin...this made us assume it was a known issue that was not going to be fixed anytime soon. There was no way to shut the curtains, so the giant security light from the property right outside our window was bright all night long, making it very difficult to sleep. The heat/air unit must have been malfunctioning. When it would finally turn on it would either make the room unbearably hot, or freezing cold, and changed between the two extremes all night long. We checked in at midnight and were exhausted, but were made to go back out to the parking lot to get our license plate number because year, make, model and color were not good enough (was it really that important to have the actual license plate number?). There was no fridge available to put my insulin in, by law they were to provide one since I am diabetic, but I was too tired to push the issue. They didn't seem to really care about that either.
